Leading & Managing Teams & Individuals
Equivalent to a Level 3, this course is a 4 Module Programme to cover the basics of Leadership & Management, including communication, understanding self and others, setting professional boundaries and standards and understanding motivation.
Leaders of the Future
Equivalent to a level 4/5, this course is a more in-depth, intensive 10 Module Programme to cover every area of Leadership & Management, including communication, setting standards, managing difficult behaviours, coaching and mentoring your team, developing resilience and confidence, to name but a few.
Both Programmes are flexible and we are able to adapt case studies and activities to be tailored to a particular business sector/challenges.
